Direct Pay Virtual Clinic is a virtual healthcare provider built for people who want straightforward, affordable care — no insurance required. We offer unlimited virtual visits with a real provider who gets to know you and your family, all from your phone. No waiting rooms, no surprise bills, no insurance headaches.
No! You do not need insurance to see us. We made this clinic just for people who don't have insurance. You pay us directly. Simple as that.
Here's one thing that's good to know — if you do have insurance, it may still help pay for your prescriptions at the pharmacy. When your doctor sends a prescription, your insurance can be used there to help cover the cost.
But when it comes to paying for your visits with us, that is handled separately and directly with our clinic. We keep it this way so there is no confusion about your bill. What you see is what you pay — nothing hidden, no surprises.
Yes! Think about it this way — one visit to urgent care without insurance can cost $150 to $300. With our membership, you pay $149.99 and can come back as many times as you want all month. Two visits and it's already paid for itself!
We can help with a lot! Things like colds, infections, mild allergies, rashes, ongoing health needs, and getting prescriptions. If we think you need to go somewhere in person, we will tell you right away and help point you in the right direction.
Currently, we hold in-person physical days once every three months — that's four times a year. As our clinic grows, we plan to offer them more often, at least once a month. We will always let our members know ahead of time so you can grab a spot. If you are a Direct Care Member, your physical is included in your monthly membership — virtual or in-person.
